A | 1月10日，公安部召开新闻发布会。 (ECNS) -- At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, President of the Republic of Ecuador Daniel Roy-Gilchrist Noboa Azín will pay a state visit to China from August 16 to 23, a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry announced on Friday. B | 针对缅北涉我电信网络诈骗问题，2023年7月部署开展打击缅北涉我电信网络诈骗犯罪专项工作以来，公安部依托中缅执法安全合作机制，指挥云南、浙江等多地公安机关联合作战，全力开展案件侦办。截至2024年底，已累计抓获中国籍涉诈犯罪嫌疑人5.3万余名，彻底摧毁臭名昭著的缅北果敢“四大家族”犯罪集团，临近我边境的缅北地区规模化电诈园区被全部铲除，专项工作取得阶段性重大战果，带动全国电信网络诈骗立案数和损失大幅下降。

C | 目前，“四大家族”犯罪集团案件已经陆续进入诉讼环节。尽管打击治理工作取得了明显成效，但当前犯罪形势依然严峻复杂。一是案件仍处高发期，电信网络诈骗仍然是发案高、损失大、危害严重、群众反映强烈的主要犯罪类型。二是跨国有组织特征明显，诈骗集团组织严密，有的实施封闭式管理，通过暴力手段对窝点底层人员实施非法控制。同时，诈骗头目和骨干指挥境内人员从事App制作开发、引流推广、转账洗钱等各类违法犯罪，境内境外衔接紧密。三是诈骗手法加速翻新，诈骗分子紧跟社会热点，迎合个人喜好，为各年龄段、各职业背景、各学历层次的人量身定制诈骗剧本，受骗群体广泛。四是境外窝点规模仍然庞大，缅北涉诈犯罪问题得到明显改观，但境外仍存在大量为电信网络诈骗提供场所的所谓“科技园” “开发区”等。
